02 Jun The British Museum – Year 7
Last year’s Year 7 were the first cohort to take part in this exciting new project.
Each student needed to visit the British Museum and learn about the exhibits there, then represent their learning in a way of their choosing. The aims of the project were to engage students and their families in learning outside the classroom and to encourage students’ creativity in the ways that they presented their findings. We were absolutely blown away by the results: we had over one hundred entries to the competition and the quality and originality shown in many of the entries was outstanding. The Year 7 team were really proud of the exhibition, displayed during Year 7 Parents’ Evening.
